DKV young professionals

Since 2023, the DKV Young Professionals Initiative has been actively working towards one goal: making the DKV younger!

Our aim is to inspire students to discover the refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump industry and to become actively involved with the DKV. During regular meetings, we develop and discuss various concepts and initiatives to support and engage students.

The moderators of the Young Professionals Initiative are also available to students as points of contact within the association.

The DKV Young Professionals Initiative is coordinated by:

The Bildungsatlas is a reference guide for aspiring engineers and skilled professionals in the field of refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump technology. It provides an overview of the various career paths within the industry and their respective areas of activity, as well as a description of the training pathways for these professions.
